At SMUG, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty routine. If a product isn't the right fit for your skin, you can return or exchange unopened items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your SMUG account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Products

  Securely place the unused beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring the contents are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
